Our crowning achievement, every day our menus offer fresh fish and quality meat, prepared with utmost passion and dedication of someone who does not renounce to the tradition, praising its taste and colours instead, and providing you with our most famous meals.
Besides the abundant courses prepared with Laura's expertise, every dinner will be provided with a buffet of vegetables coming from our soil, which is in the loving care of Vittorio and which can be directly accessed by you in order to verify the genuinity of our products, perhaps with a walk among the crops...
Sun and sea do not provide for all the riches found in Romagna – our Riviera offers to you its great deal of flavours and we offer them to you making you feel part of us, preparing your dishes as if they were ours, with the best ingredients and condiments our culture offers.
